Hello Folks, I am not waiting for a bell to ring. The REIT universe (e.g., healthcare, residential) are crowded positions. A 3% - 4.2% yield, with little room for capital share appreciation, is not enticing. I've rotated into quality names backed by the best management teams in the world.
